The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) held an event yesterday at the Hotel Woodbridge in Iselin, New Jersey, entitled “The Capital Stack: A Discussion on Capital Sources and How Today’s Market Influences Decisions”.
The dialogue focused on one of the most important aspects of due diligence and the significance of understanding the current market conditions, possible changes in capital availability, and near and longer term interest rate variability.
