Josh is the Chief Financial Officer of SLR Business Credit and its sister company, SLR Credit Solutions. Josh joined the SLR platform in 2006, initially in underwriting, before becoming CFO of SLR Credit Solutions in 2012 and SLR Business Credit in 2025. Prior to joining SLR, he was a Managing Director at Citizens Capital, the private equity and mezzanine debt arm of Citizens Bank.

Josh holds a BA degree in Economics and Spanish from Towson University and an MBA from Babson College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a CPA. He has served on the board of several middle-market companies and non-profits, including Animation Technologies, AeroSat Corporation, Expresspoint Technology Services, Avon Automotive, and The Mass Mentoring Partnership.
