As SVP & COO – IBF Division for SLR Business Credit, Rochelle Hilson joined PrinSource in 1996 and remained in this role after its acquisition by North Mill Capital. She has been active in the development of the company’s credit and underwriting policies and its financial infrastructure.

Prior to joining PrinSource, Rochelle spent two years with a regional commercial finance company developing credit and underwriting policies, after spending two years with a regional CPA firm. Rochelle has been involved in the TMA and the RMA.
