When we designed our participation program, Summit Assist, our goal was to allow factoring companies to remain the lead administrator and take advantage of our resources, tools, and capital. These resources can allow you to achieve your growth goals, finance larger relationships, and retain clients when their funding needs outpace your available capital.

Summit Financial Resources views participations as relationships, and we see our responsibility as far more than simply serving as a funding source. With Summit Assist, our emphasis is on leveraging the collaborative use of resources in order to maximize the benefits to both parties, regardless of whether or not there is an active participation opportunity.
The Details
Summit Assist is a single source participation program, and we are silent to your client relationship. Our participation ranges from 10% to 50% for a single client relationship, as determined by you. Your price drives our price. Pricing is determined by your yield on the relationship, which includes a yield enhancement through an allowance for client origination and management. Our participation hold can range from $100,000 — $2,000,000*.
